- Shipping Charges: Flat PKR 200 on all orders, regardless of weight or location.
- Delivery Availability: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses all over Pakistan.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time Estimates:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.) → 3-5 business days.
- Remote & rural areas → 5-7 business days.
2. Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure payment options for our customers.
A. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Availability: COD is available across Pakistan.
- Order Confirmation: A confirmation call or SMS may be sent before dispatch.
- Payment at Delivery: Customers can pay the courier representative in cash upon receiving the parcel.
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Refusal of COD Order: If a COD order is refused upon delivery, we may limit future COD orders for the customer.
B. Online Payment (Debit/Credit Card & Bank Transfer)
