  • Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer bears the return shipping cost, except in cases where Joycelyn Fashion is responsible for sending an incorrect or defective product.
  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for products that are:

  2. Damaged (during shipping or production)
  3. Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent by us)

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale & Discounted Items – Products bought during promotions, sales, or with discount codes.
  • Customized & Made-to-Order Products – Items tailored to customer preferences.
  • Used or Washed Items – Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Accessories & Intimate Wear – Due to hygiene reasons, accessories like scarves, undergarments, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

Step 5: Inspection & Processing

4. Exchange & Refund Options

  • Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us, Joycelyn Fashion will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or customer dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
