  • Shipping Charges: Flat PKR 200 on all orders, regardless of weight or location.
  • Delivery Availability: We deliver to residential and commercial addresses all over Pakistan.
  • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time Estimates:
    • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.)3-5 business days.
    • Remote & rural areas5-7 business days.

2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for our customers.

A. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Availability: COD is available across Pakistan.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation call or SMS may be sent before dispatch.
  • Payment at Delivery: Customers can pay the courier representative in cash upon receiving the parcel.
  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Refusal of COD Order: If a COD order is refused upon delivery, we may limit future COD orders for the customer.

B. Online Payment (Debit/Credit Card & Bank Transfer)

  • Secure Transactions: We accept payments via:
  • Visa & MasterCard (Debit & Credit Cards).
  • Local Bank Debit Cards.
  • Direct Bank Transfers to our designated account.
    Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully received, the order is processed for shipment.
    Refund Policy for Online Payments:
  • Refunds (if applicable) for online payments will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Status
